Details:

Raising Hope Michiana conducts multiple fundraising opportunities annually this includes rummage sales, parade floats and charity golf tournaments, because these sales are random we rarely if ever have the same merchandise available. Returns must maintain a strict adherence to the RHM return policy guidelines.  This policy is always present and in plain sight at all fund raisers and events.

All sales are final!

All items are expected to be retrieved by the purchaser at the time of and date of purchase.

All items are subject to the Raising Hope Michiana shipping policy.

Returns:

All transactions have (30) thirty calendar days to affect the return of any item from the date of purchase; however, all items are subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price or $250 whichever is lower. All items must be accompanied with a Bill-of-Sale as proof of purchase or will be treated as a non-refundable contribution to Raising Hope Michiana.

Refunds:

Once any purchase is accepted and qualifies for a return (inside the 30-day criteria); the item will be inspected for refund potential. If the purchase item (s) approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other method of payment).

Shipping:

The purchaser is responsible for pick-up and all items are pick-up only, no delivery or shipping options are offered, storage is not offered as well.  All purchases not picked-up on the day of purchase are subject to a (15) fifteen-day maximum storage and then subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price or $250 whichever is lower.
